Best Car Buying Experience Ever :) I had a great experience at Sam Pack Subaru. I just love that they're real and don't fake their way thru things. Every person I encountered was really cool ... the sales guys, finance, sales manager, service. Somebody actually took the time to hire a great bunch of folks to start up this new location. During our negotiations, I was really impressed with how Joey took care of me. I'm rarely surprised with great customer service. But this was a very, very well done. I've been in customer service for a long time and work hard to teach this kind of service to my employees. As a car buyer, I've never been treated with such respect. In the past, I've felt pressured and insignificant. Joey did the opposite of that. I felt like I was given a fair deal and that I was more than just another # on the sales board. More

This dealership is a joke... Dealership sales departments can be amazing or absolutely atrocious. This Subaru dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. They clearly need sales people who care about their customers and managers that can train their staff appropriately. My transaction and interaction should have been a ride at six flags. They say there is transparency in the sale, but "clearly" they are in it just for the sale, to the point where they call you to come into the dealership to secure a vehicle and once you arrive they change the deal terms that could have been easily said over the phone. My wife and I wasted our 4th of July gathering documents to purchase a Subaru Outback and were asked to come into the dealership. At the dealership we were told that there were problems with the deal. I get problems can happen but why waste our holiday to try and sell us into a different vehicle. If you can please, please, please drive to another dealership that has moral compass, business sense, and is customer centric. Run away from this place. You will be treated much, much better somewhere else. More
