AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNEXPERIENCED LOYALTY Mr. Gary was totally opposite of the usual car sales person, pushy, talking without listening, and fake. He was a no pressure, laid back, down home friendly salesman that listened to what we wanted before answering our questions. He demonstrated all the features of the vehicle we bought and explained the difference between the various RAV4 models. Mr. Barrows, the sales manager, was also very helpful, he honored the Labor Day price tag, which I found under the seat, that was $3000.00 lower then the MSRP and 850 less then was quoted via our email conversations. He also throw in a new Jeep Wrangler soft top and hardware, he had stored out in the warehouse for the 2010 Jeep I drove there in. I couldn't really express in word how down home friendly they all were. If I was to describe them it would be Honest, Trustworthy, Highly knowledgably of their Toyota products and aggressive at making you happy with your deal. Oh I almost forgot the Financial Manager, you know the guy that pushes the maintenance warranties , GAP insurance ETC. telling you the doom and gloom that could be fall your new 1/2 a house payment new baby car. Well this guy just explained what it covered and how much it would raise the monthly payments and let us decide without any push or weigh and close sales tactics. This was greatly appreciated!!! From start to finish Called on a Tuesday evening around 9pm and Keith answered the phone asked him about a certain vehicle that I had seen online gave him the stock# and h Called on a Tuesday evening around 9pm and Keith answered the phone asked him about a certain vehicle that I had seen online gave him the stock# and he said they still had it. Showed up the next morning and drove the truck and proceeded to buy the truck. Keith was very informative about the tundra and was very detailed on the purchasing of it. I've never had a better car buying experiece Within seconds of arriving at the dealership to look at cars, Keith approached us. He was courteous and helpful, and despite the fact that we were the Within seconds of arriving at the dealership to look at cars, Keith approached us. He was courteous and helpful, and despite the fact that we were there primarily for my husband he made sure to introduce himself to me and address me as completely as he did my husband. We went looking for a truck for my husband and Keith listened to our desires and found exactly what he was looking for. Brian helped get us a great rate on the truck, and while he and my husband were working on paperwork Keith and I discussed the fact that purchasing a truck meant I might want to look at trading in my SUV for a commuter car. He worked with me for the next 3 days until we found the car I wanted in the color I wanted! Furthermore, Brian, Keith, and Jeff reworked the deal on my husbands truck to lower our APR rate, and get us overall just a much better/ amazing deal. We ended up paying about a hundred less a month for my husbands truck and got a great deal on a brand new Prius C for me. They also worked it out so we got extended warranty coverage for both vehicles. I honestly cannot recommend this dealership or Keith enough. My husband and I are both extremely happy with our purchases, and ended up with our dream cars. It was a warm and wonderful experience, especially considering how stressful car purchases can be.
