He was courteous and helpful, and despite the fact that we were there primarily for my husband he made sure to introduce himself to me and address me as completely as he did my husband. We went looking for a truck for my husband and Keith listened to our desires and found exactly what he was looking for. Brian helped get us a great rate on the truck, and while he and my husband were working on paperwork Keith and I discussed the fact that purchasing a truck meant I might want to look at trading in my SUV for a commuter car. He worked with me for the next 3 days until we found the car I wanted in the color I wanted! Furthermore, Brian, Keith, and Jeff reworked the deal on my husbands truck to lower our APR rate, and get us overall just a much better/ amazing deal. We ended up paying about a hundred less a month for my husbands truck and got a great deal on a brand new Prius C for me. They also worked it out so we got extended warranty coverage for both vehicles. I honestly cannot recommend this dealership or Keith enough. My husband and I are both extremely happy with our purchases, and ended up with our dream cars. It was a warm and wonderful experience, especially considering how stressful car purchases can be. If she didn't have the answer to a question I just want to throw a shout-out to my girl Kiana!!!! Although she told me she was new, she was excellent. If she didn't have the answer to a question, she found out for me and didn't try to give a "sales-y" runaround answer. To me that showed not only her personal maturity but that I wasn't dealing with someone who tried to take my money and run! I must say I felt like a customer who was in control of her own purchase and wasn't sucked into nonsense. Buying a car is intimidating enough, but Kiana let me make my own decision, told me what I needed to know, and didn't "fluff" things up to more than they were. I was treated kindly and was welcomed and thanked for my business. Cameron was also very nice and tried to help with my screen in the car (a corner doesn't work and I must admit I'm not too thrilled about that), but he was as helpful as he could be and was a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend this team of people, especially Kiana, if you are looking to purchase a Toyota! Seriously...go see Kiana. More

I looked at a bunch of different trucks and visited seve I bought my first truck (Tacoma) from Gloucester Toyota in 2003. It was time for a new one. I looked at a bunch of different trucks and visited several dealers, but without much success. I decided to go back to Gloucester Toyota to have a look around, and I'm glad I did. Tommy, Gene, and Cameron were excellent to work with. No pressure, no hassle, and gladly answered all of the questions that I had. They found the exact truck I was looking for, at the right price, and had it delivered to their location in short order. Gave me a very fair price for my '03 too. They explained all of the paperwork very clearly (no tricks), and never tried to pressure me into things that I didn't want or need. Even after the sale, Tommy took the time to explain how all of the features and technology on that truck work, and encouraged us to contact him at any time if we had any questions after we got home. I was extremely happy with Gloucester Toyota when I bought my last truck from them, 15 years ago, and they proved once again that they genuinely care about their customers' buying experience. These guys get it, and have loyal customers to show for their efforts. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a vehicle. You won't be disappointed. More

I did not feel pushed during any phase of the buy, was given plenty of time to test drive (and re test drive) vehicles that were of interest, and discuss pros and cons. Tommy listened to my concerns and desires and applied those to possible car candidates. he arranged the financing options, ensuring the best rates and made appointments to meet my schedule as I prepared to move west. I cannot say enough about Tommy and his genuine care and level of assistance without any of the typical pushiness that is expected when buying a car. Thia was the case through the entire process, and I was in and out of financing in record time. Cameron was wonderful there!! I would highly recommend Tommy and Gloucester Toyota for any car buying needs!! More
