After agreeing to revised terms with the sales manager, the deal was adjusted again. At that point, due to time constraints and a 3:00 appointment, I chose to proceed rather than walk away—so the final decision ultimately rests with me. I understand that your approach is to maximize every deal for every dollar. That said, I am familiar with other dealerships that operate differently, though admittedly none are RAM dealers. I typically purchase a new vehicle every two years, and while this experience was not a deal-breaker, my next purchase will involve shopping Hayes alongside other dealerships rather than treating it as a preferred option.
