I don't like doing bad reviews but feel this is warranted. Vehicle was sold as certified with 20K miles. Soon after purchase, I noticed a noise like rumble strips at highway speeds. Dealer threw a warranted. Vehicle was sold as certified with 20K miles. Soon after purchase, I noticed a noise like rumble strips at highway speeds. Dealer threw a wheel hub at it but did not cure the problem. One wheel had 8oz. of wheel weights on it and was told it was within specs but I disagreed and said that tells me there is an issue with the tire(s). Dropped off for several days at another Hayes location for several days to evaluate. Called 3 days later and was told nothing was wrong with it. Did a ride along with the service manager the following day and was told the noise is "NORMAL". I still found it hard to believe. I ended up having 4 new Michelin's installed and wheel alignment done (which was also out of spec) at my expense. NOW, the vehicle drives and rides great. I do blame myself a little as I should have been a little more in tune during the test drive. I'm not sure I would buy again at this dealership. I feel their "Certified Inspections" lack integrity. More
