We were just started vacation, driving from Texas to Key West. We started having minor transmission problems and stopped for the night. The next day we called the Tallahassee location and asked if they woul West. We started having minor transmission problems and stopped for the night. The next day we called the Tallahassee location and asked if they would have time to look at the SUV. Mr. Clifton said to stop by. About 10 minutes out we called back to give our ETA. Mr. Clifton was waiting on us. He immediately took the SUV to have it inspected, then came back to fill out the paperwork. They checked for software updates, fluid levels and made sure all linkages were properly aligned. Since we could not stay for transmission work, they made sure the vehicle was safe to drive and the issue will not result in further damage. Our down time due to their quickness was about 1 hour. We found this to be a very professional and courteous experience. More

I went to the mercedes benz of tallahassee dealership and they said they were too busy to refill my freon. So I went next door here to capital volvo and they had no problems helping me out even though they s they said they were too busy to refill my freon.
