Our understanding was that dealers like Roush were selected based on a high level positive buyer experience and overall competence. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in and met the receptionist to the last handshake when drove off in our new vehicle, our experience was fantastic. Service and human interaction are some of the only differences we find anymore in many of our purchasing decisions. Centering around our sales person, Bill Seibert, and continuing through all other aspects of the sale we were very, very satisfied. Bill's depth of understanding of the vehicle was most helpful as was his easy going approach and sense of humor. We would definitely turn to Roush for any future purchase. More

Loyal Family Dealer My uncle has leased multiple vehicles with them and has a long standing relationship with one of the managers Cameron. Simply because I was his niece My uncle has leased multiple vehicles with them and has a long standing relationship with one of the managers Cameron. Simply because I was his niece they gave me a great deal on a CR-V and bent over backwards to accommodate my needs (especially as an active duty military member). They made the process quick and easy and treated me like family. They even let my dog come into the dealership with me while I signed paperwork! They are respectful and do not put pressure on the client to do anything they are not comfortable with. I strongly recommend them and if I get another Honda when my lease ends I will return to them for the sale. More
