I went to this dealership for the first time on Nov. 1 and left with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee! I drove from Springdale, AR to purchase a Jeep I saw online with the features I wanted and a price I was ready to pay. The internet price was $45,275 with no rebates. I called to confirm availability wi online with the features I wanted and a price I was ready to pay. The internet price was $45,275 with no rebates. I called to confirm availability with internet sales. Then drove 3 hours to purchase. When I arrived I was shown a "DEAL" $5,000 more than the online price. YES, $5,000!! When I asked why the price increase I was told it was because of the "Barry Sanders Hall of Fame Package" that gives customers free oil changes and nitrogen in the tires. The finance guy was so disrespectful and wouldn't sell the Jeep as advertised. I feel sorry for anyone who has had to deal with his ways because I am sure he has taken advantage of several people. I snapped a picture of this laughable, terrible "DEAL" I was presented with from Barry Sanders Supercenter and left immediately. Pictures are posted on my Google review and I am reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission. More
