Excellent . I was notified that the car was ready - I came in , Cameron wasnt at his desk . Asked the young gentleman by home if he was around . That person nice I was notified that the car was ready - I came in , Cameron wasnt at his desk . Asked the young gentleman by home if he was around . That person nicely said just sit at Cameron's desk and I'll find him which he did. Cameron was there within a couple minutes with all the paperwork and we discussed the status of the car. Everything was great. The service was done timely. Cameron went and got the car and the way I went. Cameron is always accessible and works hard to get things done and makes the experience pleasant. Cameron and Tom . I was given a loaner car and the battery died on Clark Road in Sarasota. I was so scared being stuck without amy kind of battery source .Tom after wor I was given a loaner car and the battery died on Clark Road in Sarasota. I was so scared being stuck without amy kind of battery source .Tom after working late at BMW at 6:30pm on Saturday turned around and saved the day .He went back to BMW and got the equipment also asked the police officer to watch my car . Tom got it started and opened up BMW in Sarasota and took care of the car for me I received another loaner car so I would not be stuck .Tom showed the caliber of employees you have that work for you .He had a long day and he could of just went home but instead made a difference ! More
