We’re from New York City and were visiting/exploring beautiful Sarasota when we decided to bring our BMW X5 to BMW of Sarasota to have a few minor issues checked out. We were absolutely blown away by th beautiful Sarasota when we decided to bring our BMW X5 to BMW of Sarasota to have a few minor issues checked out. We were absolutely blown away by the level of customer service we received! Not only was our vehicle repaired in less than an hour, but our Service Advisor, Cameron Goudreau, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about providing an outstanding customer experience. We highly recommend BMW of Sarasota to every BMW owner, regardless of the model or configuration you drive. This dealership truly sets the standard for exceptional customer service. We only wish BMW of Manhattan—especially considering it’s a flagship dealership—would provide the same level of attentiveness, honesty, and customer-focused care that we experienced in Sarasota.
