This was the first time servicing my X5 here and Cameron was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sure the problem was addressed. I look forward to the next service. I was disappointed, after we scheduled this routine service (and a concern check), over a week in advance, and we ended up needing to wait about an hour for a rental they KNEW we would need. Also, on service (and a concern check), over a week in advance, and we ended up needing to wait about an hour for a rental they KNEW we would need. Also, online, when I scheduled the service, it said that we'd be getting a BMW loaner, but when I told Cameron about it, he said that the online scheduling system automatically sends it over to Hertz rental. We got a Chevy Equinox, which was not clean. It took me from point A to point B, but Inside not enjoy the ride, to be honest. I noticed that the person waiting, after me, was getting a Mercedes. I think I would have enjoyed that ride a bit better, but I think I got the Chevy, because I asked about waiting so long, if they knew about me needing a loaner/rental ahead of time. I WILL say that the Hertz workers did not seem to have any customer service skills. There was no "hello, how are you doing today" or "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we'll try our best to get you in a car as quickly as possible.". Nothing. We just got a "it'll be about 45 minutes to an hour wait.". And when In asked Cameron about it, they told him "45 min is the best we can do.". If it wasn't for the poor experience with Hertz, my overall rating for BMW would have been higher. More
