I had to write several emails to get a response from Tammy and response is not satisfactory. The stories between her and Cameron are different, the maintenance on the car I am now questioning based on her comments and I will be contacting BMW directly about the issues. The issue of spark plug changing and intervals and how the car was driven. Cameron recommended a spark plug change 5K early without see the car nor it getting into the shop. Tammy mentioned cost of fluid changes double what other BMW dealerships are getting. Also the time the car was in the shop to do the fluid change does not correlate with the cost nor the new comments on the loaner car. Also the loaner car was one of the reason we purchased the car from your dealership. This is fundamental change to the service policy and value of the purchase.
