My experience with Longo Toyota was ultimately not very good. My sales rep Ian was excellent. My major issue came when I sat for almost an hour and a half waiting for the finance person to see me. My time good. My sales rep Ian was excellent. My major issue came when I sat for almost an hour and a half waiting for the finance person to see me. My time obviously meant nothing to him. I was a cash buyer and simply wanted to ask a few questions so I could organize payment. When I finally was brought to the finance desk, I was irritated having to wait so long. I was met with attitude. My questions took about three minutes and if I paid by check, either personal or cashiers, my credit would be checked. There was no reason to check my credit because I was paying them in full but the finance person relented. I ended up doing a wire transfer and getting the vehicle the day after the transaction was completed. The salesman, Ian, was great but I won’t do business at Longo anymore. More
