Lowen went well out of his way to provide all the options available to me. He showed me the Jeeps that were right for me and thoroughly explained them and how they worked. I felt really special being Lowen's customer because he made it really easy for me. It could not have been better; Lowen saved the day. Lowen showed me my new Jeep and how luxurious it is inside and I was so surprised! A heated steering wheel? WOW! I had no idea. It was like a Ralph Lauren ad inside that thing, I was thrilled to be in it! He made sure I enjoyed my experience and that everything went without a hitch, from the test driving to the paperwork, to leaving the dealership the same day with a brand new Jeep. Would you believe he even gave me a phone charger so I could charge my phone when I was leaving because my old one wasn't working?! He had moved all my stuff into the new car for me. All the guys in the showroom were so totally nice and sweet. The ladies downstairs in the offices were also super stars, they were very professional and extremely nice. I enjoyed talking to them so much. I felt like I was having fun- they were like a big family doing everything they could to help me out, making sure I had a coffee, and that my mind was at ease with the warranty. That was very sweet of them! I was so touched by Lowen's patience and commitment to me as a customer. I am so blessed to have met your team and I am so thankful for everything they did for rme. I will never forget it! More
