such a great experience, dj was my sale agent and went above and beyond for my family and I. This is the second time I have brought my truck in to get my oil changed and something went wrong with it. The first time they left my radiator cap off this time the truck computer has shut everything down my oil changed and something went wrong with it. The first time they left my radiator cap off this time the truck computer has shut everything down and I had to have it tow to another dealership. When I told them the engine light came on after the oil change and tire rotation. They told me they couldn't look at it for another week, which is crazy. They should have been saying bring it in now and let us check it out. I'm highly disappointed 😞 More

The customer service in the service department was excellent. The young lady who serviced me was very pleasant and humorous. We laughed from the time I checked in until it was time for me to check out excellent. The young lady who serviced me was very pleasant and humorous. I can't remember the young ladies name in the service dept. But I came on a Saturday morning to get my vehicle state inspection. More

Very disappointed with the fact that when we picked up my vehicle after it had been worked on in December 2022 we weren’t told about any other issues…was told that it had been fixed and was all set ….loss wi vehicle after it had been worked on in December 2022 we weren’t told about any other issues…was told that it had been fixed and was all set ….loss wiring was the explanation. One week later the engine light appeared… called had to wait until February 2023 for it to be looked at…….was told about three different issues and one had already been done….I explained that I had receipts showing that the spark plugs had been replaced….again very disappointed with how I was spoken to by the representative when I was asking her about the previous repair work and it not being discussed with us that my Jeep had other issues that should be addressed More

The service department was exceptional when I had to stop in for my inspection. They quoted me about 90 min time frame due to the amount of vehicles in front of me which I was due with. They had finished wit in for my inspection. They quoted me about 90 min time frame due to the amount of vehicles in front of me which I was due with.
