I took my car in to fix my key fab that had been washed. The parts dept tried to dry the fab out but it did not work. Went in express lane for oil change. Check in was fairly quick and easy. Left my vehicle and went to work. Received a call around lunch time letting me know it was ready and I picked it up. Southern defies the stereotypical automobile dealership. The personnel in each and every department deliver first-class service in a friendly, family atmosphere. Adam West was just excellent in escorting me through the car buying process without hassle and with comfortable ease. I had researched car values and was trading in my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised at the value they attached to my car and, what with a discount I hadn't even asked for on the new Jeep, I felt the dealership was making a very generous offer and wanted my business. I never felt pressured to buy anything. The dealership also has benefits beyond the purchase of a car or truck. Free oil changes, free inspections and lots more all come gratis with your Southern deal.
