When we first bought our 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. We had issues getting approved. But Mark. The finance manager did everything in his power to help us. We got a great warranty which we have used for a trans issues getting approved. But Mark. The finance manager did everything in his power to help us. We got a great warranty which we have used for a transmission replacement. I was a bit skeptical. But they replaced it. With no deductible. We are extremely satisfied and happy with our minivan to haul our family around safely. We will definitely return once our credit has improved to trade it in for a Pacifica!!!! Steve in the service department helped us with our transmission and we are extremely grateful for him as well. Everyone at the dealership is very professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. The service lady was not overly friendly. I also thought it took too long for a key and an oil change. We were wandering around the property and saw our Wrangler sitting in a parking spot. We went in and we it took too long for a key and an oil change. We were wandering around the property and saw our Wrangler sitting in a parking spot. We went in and were informed that the car was indeed ready. I paid my $300 and went out to the Jeep to try the key. It didn't work in either door so I have to assume they didn't test it out before giving it to me. When I went back in the front desk lady argued with me about whether it could be a problem with me not being the original owner, that the original owner might have changed the locks and that's why the key didn't work. I asked that she take the key back and clean it up as it had catches where the key grinder did it's job. When she came back with the key it magically worked. No apology given. More
