They were very understanding to our situation with two small kids, a lack of funds and a total lack of time and made it happen. we love our vehicle and the time they spent with us to help us understand the new technology was impressive. Junior sat in the passenger seat for almost an hour fielding our questions and teaching us how things on the onboard computer works, all the while my kids were running all over the vehicle, screaming and opening and closing the windows incessantly. He even took an inadvertent kick to the face from my two year old daughter. Loved our experience and the customer service.
