Great Customer Service!! I came in looking to trade in my Subaru WRX for a similar car with lower payments. I had seen the honda summer lease sale commercials, and decided to I came in looking to trade in my Subaru WRX for a similar car with lower payments. I had seen the honda summer lease sale commercials, and decided to check it out. My friend Katie Van Zandt referred me to Camren and gave me his contact info. Camren was great right off the bat with answering questions over phone call and text before I even came into the dealership. He then had me come in and test drive a couple to find out which fit me best. He also knew I was new to leasing, along with cars with tons of technology (I had a basic model), so he took the time to explain everything with me step by step. He was always quick to respond when I texted him with a question, and he took care of everything for me! He knew my fiance was away on air force orders and that I was nervous about going about this on my own, as I was originally trying to sell my car privately. He was able to get the trade in value to what I would've received from a private seller, and took care of everything, including registration and contacting my insurance agent! I plan on recommending Camren's expertise to everyone that mentions car shopping from here on out! Thank you so much! I am so happy with my 2015 honda civic SI! It's the perfect fit! I definitely seeing myself wanting to buy it after the lease contract is up! Even though he was very busy, we felt we were his most important customers. Mohawk found us a better finance rate than we could get ourselves. LOVE the new car too! Great comfort, gas mileage, visibility, and sound system. When a family emergency prevented us from going back to pick up the car right away, and it languished on the lot for almost two weeks, everyone was very understanding. We will be going back there for our next car, but it may be a few years because Honda's stay in our family for over 200,000 miles. More

Friendly, Passionate Yet Non Aggressive ! This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Mohawk Honda. the staff has always been friendly helpful and patient. I personal don't think we will ever use another dealership again. We just got done helping our niece purchase her new used car and it was a horrible experience. We went to a few "other" dealerships with her and it was long, hot and many hours of our day was wasted, just to be disappointed with pricing and issues with financing etc. My husband and I contacted the dealership through the internet gave all the information we needed with a phone call from staff and a few more to discuss sale we were able to pick up our car within a few days. You have no idea how rewarding that is not to have to sit in a busy crazy place and leave it feel frustrated as we did in past weeks for our niece. Mohawk Honda gave us a time we went in they are always accommodating and friendly, you don't feel pressured or overwhelmed. Paperwork was easy and very organized. Everything is explained to you right down to someone showing how to use all the features in the car they help set up our hands free phone. we walked away from that place for a second time feeling great. They are the best!! More
