excellent customer serv patient understanding knowledgeable I bought 2009 Cadillac CTS from another dealer and brought it to Ed Morris Cadillac for the 172 point inspection service. Mike Sica was my service re I bought 2009 Cadillac CTS from another dealer and brought it to Ed Morris Cadillac for the 172 point inspection service. Mike Sica was my service rep Who provided me with excellent customer service and because of that all of my service needs where performed at Ed Morse Cadillac. We develop a rapport for about a year and I told him that I would be interested and buying a Cadillac at this dealership. He referred me to an excellent sales rep Michael Brandon. He was very professional and understanding as I explained my wants versus my needs.. it took a few months but we found a ATS that I am very very happy with. I was amazed as to how quickly the paperwork was done and the credit goes to the entire team at Ed Morse .I would highly recommend and do recommend and did recommend to my friends Ed Morse Cadillac.
