On 9/13/21 I had my Mustang serviced. Oil & filter change, coolant flushed and replaced and fuel filter replaced. As part of the 30,000 mile checkup wheel alignment was checked. After getting home change, coolant flushed and replaced and fuel filter replaced. As part of the 30,000 mile checkup wheel alignment was checked. After getting home I noticed that the plastic retainer pin with screw on the plastic cover over the radiator was missing. This was in place prior to the coolant change service. The plastic battery terminal cover over the positive terminal was left open and not properly latched. Wheel alignment test showed PASSED, yet I have ware on the inside tread of the two front tires. These tires were rotated to the rear at 16,961 miles. No alignment has ever been been done on car. I am puzzled as to why these tires showed uneven ware when their test indicated no problem. They were were unable to explain this. Even though these obvious concerns may turn out to be minor they make me wonder how carefully the actual work was done. More
