Took my van in to see why it was running up & down when it was idling and acting up at highway speeds. It wasn’t popping an engine code yet, but I could hear and feel how it had changed in its running. I w it was idling and acting up at highway speeds. It wasn’t popping an engine code yet, but I could hear and feel how it had changed in its running. I wasn’t exactly sure what it needed, only had an idea, but I described what was going on to Abby. The Service Department determined it needed spark plugs, new wires (which was the 2004 original ones), and a fuel induction service, with throttle body cleaning, plus a fuel filter. CJ was good enough to drop me off at home while they worked on it and pick me up when it was ready, as I couldn’t stay there with other things scheduled at home I needed to attend to. Their willingness to work with me and my up & down schedule is highly appreciated! I think it was Mitchell that alerted me to a special they were having for an early Black Friday/Thanksgiving, so I could save about $40, which is needed right now! The Service Department team at this Auto Park Ford has been really great to work with and even though I’m no car expert, I never feel dumb trying to communicate what’s going on with either of my vehicles. They take the time to listen & try to help to fix the issues. I really do want to give a shout out to Abby, CJ, & Mitchell! Thank you! More
