CJ has gone way above anything I could have expected in solving and getting the solution to my running board problem!!!! Also in getting the truck in and out of service. CJ could not have been more helpf solving and getting the solution to my running board problem!!!! Also in getting the truck in and out of service. CJ could not have been more helpful. They were all awesome but especially Sommer Nichols she treated us like family with the utter most respect she was there for us every step of the way, she is a gem ford and her manager can be vary proud to treated us like family with the utter most respect she was there for us every step of the way, she is a gem ford and her manager can be vary proud to have her, also the manager and Jose, we didn't run into any problems with anyone here at this dealership everyone seemed happy with there jobs, vary comfortable clean atmosphere. We have felt with Battle creek and Coldwater and would never set foot in them two dealerships again. Auto Park Ford is the Only dealership we will ever do business with and has reaffirmed our trust and belief in Ford. Oh and we think Sommer deserves a raise, or at least flowers. More

Very unpleasant experience and getting worse! Not only was the jeep no where near the shape that it was represented as like when I received it the water pump was bad, the power steering pump was Not only was the jeep no where near the shape that it was represented as like when I received it the water pump was bad, the power steering pump was out, two cracks in windshield, two lights out and was refused pick up after I demanded to stop working on it and release it and was not! Now we have come across a fraud issue of taking out taxes when in fact the state of registration is to do! and this info comes from the Michigan department of revenue after speaking with them. This has become the worst experience with any dealership I have ever dealt with! The only thing positive I can come up with is my sales lady was great and I believe she worked in good faith. Run from this dealer/stealer! More

The work performed was a recall notice and I assume the parts were replaced. The work was finished early and when I picked up the car Candy went out of her way to clean the car off and bring it into the se parts were replaced.
