Very good experience! Was a little concerned that my car with less that 50,000 is needed 3 seals replaced and it’s leaking oil 🧐 Also, they were unable to figure out why my airbags will not stay aired up. with less that 50,000 is needed 3 seals replaced and it’s leaking oil 🧐 Also, they were unable to figure out why my airbags will not stay aired up. The service dep could not get them to go down. Taking it back on Saturday with my trailer on it. More

We had it originally installed at Toyota; they assessed the situation realizing that we had done our due diligence. They worked with us and we had it fixed in the same day. As you know, this is a very stressful time. The reason I stay with Toyota is because of the service department. Great work and great people! More

Service was professional and done in timely manner. When making the appt by phone the employee updated all my information. Then at car drop off another employee confirmed the info. integrity with repairs I had just bought a used certified vehicle from them and the blower was out on the air conditioner when I tried it 4 weeks later and this was repaired I had just bought a used certified vehicle from them and the blower was out on the air conditioner when I tried it 4 weeks later and this was repaired with no charge and I was able to use a loaner car. I really appreciate Melissa in Service and George who works on the cars as they are both awesome and care about the customers. Another young man helped me and he was also great. Had a oil change and a wash, the wash pulled off the front hood clip, no attempt to make it right. Just a poor attempt to place blame that it was because the clip is painted.
