I was sold a vehicle with serious issues that should have been caught long before This was by far the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. I was sold a vehicle with serious issues that should have been caught long before it was put on the lot. The car had multiple safety concerns, tires worn down to approximately 1/32” tread, and a broken door handle. Based on the condition of the vehicle, I seriously question whether any meaningful multi-point inspection was ever performed. Nearly everything I was told during the sales process turned out to be inaccurate or misleading. Once the paperwork was signed, the customer service completely disappeared. I have spent over three weeks trying to get these issues addressed. I’ve called repeatedly, left messages, spoken with multiple employees, and have been given excuse after excuse. Calls aren’t returned, promises aren’t kept, and no one seems willing to take ownership of the situation. This dealership was quick to take my money but has shown no interest in standing behind the vehicle they sold me. The lack of honesty, accountability, and concern for customer safety is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere and having any vehicle independently inspected before signing anything. Based on my experience, I would never purchase from this dealership again and would not recommend it to anyone. More

DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !! I bought a used car from them and all they did was make it look nice but there was a plethora of issues from transmission problems to leaks in mult !! Now to fix it i have to pay more than what the car's worth. When I went there I was there from 6pm till near midnight. It was horrible.
