My name’s Carissa, I’m 28 years old and have been in the Automotive Industry since 2011. I have 8 years of experience in Warranty Administration, Auditing Processes & Procedures. I performed the Dealership Rate Increase projects for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram, Subaru, Nissan, Mitsubishi, and Chevrolet. I’m currently working as the Lead Buying Agent for Gale Toyota; partnered with the Used Car Manager, we run the KBB Buy Center of Enfield, CT. My hobbies include: hanging out with my daughter, reading, puzzles, and taking our dog for walks! My favorite car is a Subaru Crosstrek (which I am a proud owner!!). I had a great experience selling my car to gale Toyota. I met with Carissa Tracey and she made the transaction so easy . I loved my vehicle and it was a tough decision but the process was wonderful .
