Great car purchasing experience with Carl I purchased my first Toyota from Fred Anderson Toyota several years ago. Carl, referred to me by a friend, helped me go through the whole process. I I purchased my first Toyota from Fred Anderson Toyota several years ago. Carl, referred to me by a friend, helped me go through the whole process. It was such a great experience, totally different from my previous purchases from other dealers. Over the last weekend, I bought my second car from Fred Anderson, of course with help from Carl. Carl knows the products and new high tech options, understands my concerns, explains pros and cons for different trims of the same model. Carl is the best. I would recommend Carl to anyone who wants to have a great car buying experience. More

Fabulous! Fourth Fred Anderson Toyota When my daughter was ready to purchase her first new car she was referred to Carl Anderson by a neighbor (who is VERY hard to please!). Carl listened When my daughter was ready to purchase her first new car she was referred to Carl Anderson by a neighbor (who is VERY hard to please!). Carl listened to her and worked with her to make the experience a wonderful one for a neophyte car-buyer. I was so impressed that I wanted no one but Carl when I recently purchased my third Toyota from Fred Anderson. Carl went the extra mile every step of the way; he knows the products, does not pressure and responds quickly to texts and is just an a really nice gentleman to work with. More

Carl and Fred Anderson are tops in my book! I was referred to Carl Anderson by a coworker/friend who had raved about his customer service and attention to detail. My friend, in fact, has said that he would buy a car from no one other than Carl. Now I know why! Carl was super-friendly, helped me narrow down all the choices and once I made a selection helped guide me through the rest of the deal. He also took time to help me learn about my new tech-savvy vehicle. I will refer all my friends and neighbors to Fred Anderson Toyota and especially to Carl Anderson. What I was looking for I arrived at Fred Anderson Toyota initially because of the offer to purchase my 2015 Acura MDX... but walked out with a new car from them, instead of I arrived at Fred Anderson Toyota initially because of the offer to purchase my 2015 Acura MDX... but walked out with a new car from them, instead of from the GMC dealer in Cary.
