My sales person, Carl Anderson, was communicative, thorough, personable, providing regular updates. My car arrived earlier than expected, he held it for me till after returning from vacation. I then had a foul experience using Toyota Roadside service. Carl and Jeremy, his boss were both instrumental in providing a quick, fair resolution, attenuating to every detail. I've never been more impressed with any dealership or sales person, especially making things right after the sale when another entity had caused the problem. Carl is, hands down, the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and genuine person a buyer can ever hope to meet. I've told all my friends they're crazy to buy anywhere else, Fred Anderson does it right! More
