So, knowing that about myself, I steeled myself for the worst and dove in to negotiations with literally every Toyota dealership in Raleigh (and one in Greensboro for good measure). I got paired up with Carl Anderson due to his offer to work directly with SAS employees and families. Well, I haven't been home with my new Prius even three hours and I'm already making time to write about my excellent experience with Carl. Carl was just a stark contrast with the high pressure, high BS factor I was getting from all the other dealerships. Carl just e-mailed me the answers to my questions. Very simple and clear, no pressure, no pushing. Everyone else was calling, pushing, pulling me in twenty directions begging me to "come in, because that's the only way I can put pressure on my manager to get you a good price" and other such nonsense tactics. Carl just gave me his bottom line number from the start when other dealerships either made me beg for it or never would give it to me at all. Their loss, as Carl has a customer for life. More
