There were five sitting at their desks inside at the time. Only Carl came out to help me and that was right after his meeting with the Service Manager. Not a good look when there are so many service agents doing nothing to help customers. Robert was also very attentive. He tried to help me while I waited, then gave me a lift home in the shuttle. Great employee—-kudos also to Robert! More
