went to the toyota of manhattan dealer for an oil change on monday 6/29/26. on my way to vegas trip the oil plug decided to spin out the technician did not tighten the oil plug. had to tow the vehicle to a on monday 6/29/26. on my way to vegas trip the oil plug decided to spin out the technician did not tighten the oil plug. had to tow the vehicle to a local mechanic that is open on 4th of july weekend. will be calling the dealership and coorporate. We were helped by Christian and he was very courteous and professional. He made sure we understood the process, about what was being done to the car and why. He also did a great job keeping us updated and professional. He made sure we understood the process, about what was being done to the car and why. He also did a great job keeping us updated and was approachable when we had questions or concerns. He promptly let us know when the car was ready to be picked up and we felt comfortable feeling we were in good hands and taken care of.
