Carl and Nick at Temecula Valley Toyota were both a total pleasure to work with for the purchase of our Highlander. Our inability to find one with the features we wanted in San Diego led us to TV Toyota whi pleasure to work with for the purchase of our Highlander. Our inability to find one with the features we wanted in San Diego led us to TV Toyota which had one coming in early February. Carl held it for us and upon arrival we drove up to pick it up. From signing forms to demonstrating our vehicle’s features, Carl clearly knew the vehicle and was happy to answer all our questions. Nick took us through all the financing paperwork and accommodated our needs and desires. Kudos to Carl, Nick, and TV Toyota for making this a seamless process and getting us our desired vehicle in the trim, color, and with the features we wanted. More
