Very Happy! I have known Carl for a while and was very impressed on how knowledgeable he was about the cars. He took his time to tell me everything about each car I have known Carl for a while and was very impressed on how knowledgeable he was about the cars. He took his time to tell me everything about each cars and the difference between each one. Let me test drive each one and let me take one out for lunch and then when I got back I decided on another color. Very patience, very honest – even on my trade in. Tried to get me the best deal. Everyone there was very nice. After I purchase the car, Carl then went over the car in details how everything works – all the bells and whistles. Setting everything up for me. Thanks, Carl! It was a great experience. I have purchase new cars before and this was great! More

I could not be more happy! I called Northtowne Mitsubishi before going in, as my mom purchased her Lancer from Northtowne. The receptionist put me through to Carl, and I told hi I called Northtowne Mitsubishi before going in, as my mom purchased her Lancer from Northtowne. The receptionist put me through to Carl, and I told him on the phone what my situation was; and that I was looking for a new car. He gave me his direct phone number to his desk, and set up an appointment for me to come in at 1:30pm to take a look at some cars. I showed up to the dealership, and Carl was the first person to great me upon arrival. We made small talk for a bit, since we both ride motorcycles and are around the same age. We went out and looked at a Lancer, and I test drove it and it really wasn't bad. I had told Carl that I wanted to look at Fiat's, and he told me that was no problem at all. We wandered over to the Fiat side of the dealership, and poked around a few of them. I did see one that I really liked, so we took that one out for a test drive and I fell in love! The whole time was actually really light and fun, it was nice talking about not just the car (though he was super knowledgeable about the vehicle)! We came back to the dealership, and did the paperwork and I took my 2013 Fiat 500 Sport home that day! I'm so impressed, and I would absolutely encourage friends and family to shop for their next vehicle at Northtowne Auto Group! Carl was not just my car salesman, he ended up being a fellow motorcycle rider, a caring son who loves to brag about his mom, a therapist who listened to the mile long list of things that had gone wrong for me this week and an overall outstanding individual! When I contacted Carl Carleton at Mitsubishi and explained that I wanted to trade in my 2011 Outlander Sport for something bigger he was willing to se When I contacted Carl Carleton at Mitsubishi and explained that I wanted to trade in my 2011 Outlander Sport for something bigger he was willing to search for what I was interested. I requested he search for a used vehicle with low mileage and a gas saver as well. When I arrived he had done his research and we set out to test drive vehicles I would be interested in. Carl was very courteous, easy to talk to and was able to answer my questions. I did purchase a 2012 Ford Escape with low mileage and equipped with flex fuel. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend Northtowne Mitshubishi & Lincoln dealership to anyone and everyone I know who is interested in purchasing a new/used vehicle. We went to Northtowne Mitsubishi to look at a used car we found on cars.com. As we walked through the show room Carl showed us the 2014 Outlander. We never even looked at the used car we went there for. The price on the Outlander won us over. Carl was very professional and VERY knowledgeable the service from Carl was excellent. As for Tim Samaroo in the finance department he was also very knowledgeable and very friendly. Both men did a great job. Thank you More

After purchasing our first new Mitsubishi from Carl, I was also in the market for a new vehicle. Carl and Nick were VERY helpful with getting a good trade-in value for my car. Between the trade-in and the was also in the market for a new vehicle. Carl and Nick were VERY helpful with getting a good trade-in value for my car. Between the trade-in and the rebates available, I was able to also purchase a new vehicle. My wife purchased hers on Monday and I just completed the paperwork today, (Wednesday). Nick and Carl were very informative and knowledgeable on the different vehicles. We will definitely be customers in the future. We were taken care of and Nick and Carl answered all my questions regarding the vehicle, warranty, service, prices, etc. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. We purchased 2 brand new vehicles and stayed with-in our budget and got exactly what we wanted. More

We met Carl at the Kansas City Auto Show, we were in the market for a new SUV and wanted to narrow our possibilities of what brand to buy. I had an amazing experience at Northtowne Mitsubishi. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it, and Mr. Carleton was incredibly helpful. My husband and I traded in a 2011 Outlander GT back in September for a 2013 Outlander Sport. We worked with Carl and he was very helpful, enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. We went back to th September for a 2013 Outlander Sport. We worked with Carl and he was very helpful, enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. We went back to the dealership on Feb 14, 2014 to get the vehicles first oil change. When Carl saw us, he came right over and wanted to know how we liked the vehicle. Sadly, that following Monday night on Feb 17, I hit a deer on I -80 in Iowa on my way to see my family in WI. We called Carl on the evening of Feb 24th and let him know what happened and asked him if he could find another Outlander Sport same as the one I totaled? We also asked him about other vehicles that we were interested in looking at. Carl jumped through hoops to locate the vehicles that my husband and I wanted to test drive. The next morning, Carl had the vehicles ready for us, plus he had started working on the numbers with another awesome employee, Stan in the Finance Dept and they were able to lower our payments and interest rate. I had a free oil change voucher I had not used, the wonderful people in the Service Dept came and got my husbands vehicle that we had drove to the dealership in, and did an oil change with an already full schedule...they made time to take care of his car as well as it was overdue for an oil change. This is our third vehicle bought through this dealership and on all occasions we were treated as if we were the most important people they would have helped on those days. Thank you for putting "customer" back into customer service and making an accident and loss of a car I loved and easier process and putting me into a car I love even more. ***** More
