Before I showed up he had a couple of cars ready to show. He never pushed me out of my price range or pressured me to take anything that I didn't want. Even though I needed him at that moment in time, he never once made me feel that way. He was very patient with me and the whole experience was very seamless and easy (as I'm sure helping an indecisive woman is difficult, Carl handled it like a pro). More
