Lina greeted me with a huge smile and a hand to shake. She was very friendly, patient and respectful from the beginning to the end. I appreciate her and the help she gave me. I only wanted to work with her because of the positive experience I had in 2022. She is great at what she does, no pressure, and she wants to make sure I have all the information to be able to make my decision. I brought my car in for service on Dec 29th and was hoping to be able to find a replacement for it and I did with Lina’s help. I contacted Lina after I made my appt for service appt. She replied right away and she said we could meet while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. She said she had a couple of cars for me to look at. She was ready and prepared for my visit. Just another positive attribute of Lina. She’s great, what else can I say. The gentleman who helped with all the paperwork was efficient, friendly, helpful, kind and fast. I had been looking locally for the style truck I was considering without much luck. While visiting my daughter, she suggested we stop by Gladstone and see what they had and to at least take a test driv considering without much luck. Carl took us under his wing and we went from test drive, to discussing the options, to finding one in transit, to putting my deposit on it. It's been a long time since I purchased a new car and Carl made it easy and the truck arrived early. Carl was great with my family as we picked up the truck and went through the it's details. He was great to hang out with us through long evening wait for finalizing the sale. And the truck is fantastic! More
