Excellent dealership. I chose the dealership because of new vehicle price and location, but the sale team turned out to be outstanding. I have been using the dealership for the scheduled maintenance and a new vehicle price and location, but the sale team turned out to be outstanding. I have been using the dealership for the scheduled maintenance and a warranty repair and they were even better! They stay on schedule, communicate well, and make sure that you get to work or home while they have the car. Nice waiting area with food and WiFi if needed. The car is always washed when returned. I will continue using this dealer for both purchases and service. More

Although times are difficult for all concerned, however, how does one put a price tag on your safety as well as our family and friends that are in our vehicle!!! I CALL IT PEACE OF MIND!!! Yes, I believe I pay a bit more here, but HOW CAN ONE PUT A PRICE TAG ON SAFETY, PROFESSIONALISM, THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND THEIR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE TOP NOTCH---AND THEY ALWAYS E-MAIL A COUPON THAT I CAN USE. I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE NUMEROUS TIMES TO HAVE THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CARL @ THE BRIDGEWATER VOLVO ASSIST ME. HE SIMPLY IS THE BEST!!! VOLVO SHOULD RECOGNIZE SOMEONE THAT ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE WORK THAT IS GOING TO BE DONE (AS LORD KNOWS I AM NOT MECHANICALLY INCLINED), ALWAYS A SMILE ON HIS FACE AND VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, AND HE MAKES ME FEEL COMFORT. This is our third car purchased with VolvoCountry. A great great dealership from the sales to the service departments. Would highly recommend them to EVERYONE. The service department treats you the same if your car is in warranty and even when it's out of warranty. (our daughters VOLVO is 2000) and they are very professional and courteous to her as well.
