It took me about two years to make my mind up and even at the last minute I was changing my mind but he worked with me. He was sincere, caring, and understanding. I would recommend him to anyone. My family loved him so much they are all considering buying Porsches. One great thing is a manager followed up with me every single time I called or came to the dealership to ask how my interaction was and how they could make it better. I never had any bad experiences at the dealership. 6/5 Stars :) More

They worked the issue with Porsche till it was resolved. Replacement of GPS receiver module. They loaned me a car while mine was in for service. Scott, the service writer, kept me updated, and followed up several time to make sure I was happy with the repair. Great Job! More

My problem was with the estimate i received for my vehicle, a 2013 panamera with only 25k miles and still under Warranty was valued at 27k, because i live closer to Columbia i usually have my car serviced there, i thought the evaluation was so low i didn't want to continue looking at a 2016 panamera that i was interested in purchasing, i don't think low balling someone vehicle way under market value is the way to keep customers. Worst experience ever We bought a highlander at this dealership. I was supose to pick it up the next day and got a call in the morning that the lot guy racked the rear end We bought a highlander at this dealership. Their answer to that was we will fix it or u just dont buy it after i signed all paper work and spend 3 days with them thinking i found a car for my family. They didnt want to lower the price at all. Telling me if you dont want it someone else will. I came to pick up the car after it was repaired nobody of the managers wanted to talk to me they send a saleperson to deliver the car to me who i never saw in my life. Nobody even said congratulations on your car like the whole situation was my fault. More
