Originally from Delaware, Carl started in the automobile business in 1984 after attending the University of Delaware (Go Blue Hens). He moved to Georgia in 1997 & has been catering to Atlanta’s luxury market with impeccable service for 19 years. In his free time Carl enjoys watersports, boating, bluewater sport fishing & international travel. His most memorable vacation was spending one month in Vietnam enjoying their culture & some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. He's been driving Porsche Passion since 2011.

Great service and follow up! I had an issue with my Apple Car Play GPS in my 2018 Macan. It was a rare issue, I could find nothing on line. They worked the issue with Porsche till I had an issue with my Apple Car Play GPS in my 2018 Macan. It was a rare issue, I could find nothing on line. They worked the issue with Porsche till it was resolved. Replacement of GPS receiver module. They loaned me a car while mine was in for service. Scott, the service writer, kept me updated, and followed up several time to make sure I was happy with the repair. Great Job! More

Vehicle evaluations I enjoyed the porsche experience. My vehicle was taken care of without any issues. My problem was with the estimate i received for my vehicle, a 2013 I enjoyed the porsche experience. My vehicle was taken care of without any issues. My problem was with the estimate i received for my vehicle, a 2013 panamera with only 25k miles and still under Warranty was valued at 27k, because i live closer to Columbia i usually have my car serviced there, i thought the evaluation was so low i didn't want to continue looking at a 2016 panamera that i was interested in purchasing, i don't think low balling someone vehicle way under market value is the way to keep customers. Other than that great visit. More

Worst experience ever We bought a highlander at this dealership. I was supose to pick it up the next day and got a call in the morning that the lot guy racked the rear end We bought a highlander at this dealership. I was supose to pick it up the next day and got a call in the morning that the lot guy racked the rear end of my car. Their answer to that was we will fix it or u just dont buy it after i signed all paper work and spend 3 days with them thinking i found a car for my family. They didnt want to lower the price at all. Telling me if you dont want it someone else will. I came to pick up the car after it was repaired nobody of the managers wanted to talk to me they send a saleperson to deliver the car to me who i never saw in my life. Nobody even said congratulations on your car like the whole situation was my fault. More
