I went in to trade-in my 2023 Kia they told me one price on on the car I was getting that after it was all said it done instead of paying $25,000 I ended up paying $44,000 for a car that is 3 year's older t on on the car I was getting that after it was all said it done instead of paying $25,000 I ended up paying $44,000 for a car that is 3 year's older then the one I only owed $26,000 for. I went in the get a vehicle that was less money and and lower payments and came out owing double what I already owed and $80.00 less a on monthly payments and only got $3.000 on the trade in after paying $16,000 on the Kia I traded in. I've bought a brand new 2020 Chevy Colorado from you all and after paying $15,000 on it I let you all have it back and only got $2,500 back from the equity on it. Then this is how you all want to treat me . Also the 2020 C-HR I got reaps of cigarettes and after I drive it I smell like a xxxx ashtray. I will never come back to your store ever again. You made money off of me twice from the Chevy Colorado and once again yesterday. Ricky that worked in finance should have told me to trade in the Colorado but instead he ripped my off by taking advantage of me. I have a free oil change coming but y'all can take that and shove it up your xxxxx. I will never step foot back in your store ever again. Any repairs I need done will be done in Gainesville, FL!!!! Three strikes your out!!!! I will make sure all my friends and family steer clear from your dealership. More

I asked them to check my brakes. They basically did what I already did. Test drove it and checked fluid level. I needed calipers checked for sticking slide pins. I needed a handicapped car tag for it. They took over 30 days and sent me a regular plate. Now after several calls I have to go to tag office myself. SMH. More
