During the sale of our RV, the sales manager told us that he needed to raise the price to cover the cost of registering in Tennessee, and then did not register it, leaving us to pay for it twice. This guy li he needed to raise the price to cover the cost of registering in Tennessee, and then did not register it, leaving us to pay for it twice. This guy lied EVERY TIME I talked to him. I have multiple adults who heard him tell lies. He is a VERY dishonest person! Fast Forward a few months, the regional sales manager told us that he was aware of how this guy had been doing business, and that he could correct his actions (this conversation happened in front of the business manager). This ultimately led to nothing. Fast forward a few more months, and the owner will not address any of these conversations between these people and us. He will only cite legal paperwork, specific situation scenarios blah blah blah. All of this may be true, but it is also true that your employee collected money from me to register in Tennessee and then did not register in Tennessee, and your regional manager knows this happened. As a “family business”, it would seem like this is a moral issue that overrides (or at least equals) a piece of legal paperwork, a cash sale, or any other legal garbage you can come up with. Long story short..... The owner is only honoring what is in writing, even though the regional sales manager admitted this guy was dishonest in front of another manager. I have noticed the owner likes to discredit people after they write a bad review, so for most of you who don’t know me, I am going to school on the GI Bill at Liberty University so I can get into a ministry position. Either that means something to you or it doesn’t. Many other full time RV families have asked me about my experience here, and that number will go up as I expand my ministry (which is based on full-time RV families). Proverbs 13:11 More

Was very miss lead on my lifetime warranty, bought 8/25/18 brought in for my 4th warranty inspection and was dropped off 8/13/22 before actual date, this great rv dealer (sarcasm) had it for 3 weeks 8/25/18 brought in for my 4th warranty inspection and was dropped off 8/13/22 before actual date, this great rv dealer (sarcasm) had it for 3 weeks , i picked up 9/24 which would be 1 day before the 30 days is up. and it was a Saturday. the idiot at giant rec world told me on pick up. you must submit this paper work with in 30 days. did not tell me do it when you get home your times up. i sent it 10/3 and they have voided my warranty. there lifetime warranty is xxxxxxxxx. . I would by my rv elsewhere and get your own warranty through 3rd party as i did. After this xxxx. cheap yearly cost and do not have to deal with their ignorance. they had no problem taking my 450.00 from me and failing to tell me you need to send this in today, because we took 3 plus weeks to do your service. And your times up . I give them negative 10 stars. More
Bought our Coachman 192 RBS last June. Visited all 3 GRW's in Central FL. We have no complaints about the sales departments, as they (of course, they are selling you on an expensive toy) were all very helpful answering questions and listening to what we wanted. Only one dealer, had what we were looking for, it was the last one available and they had no idea when another 192RBS would be shipped to them. We tried to purchase it from that branch, but they were reluctant to let it go, or negotiate the price with us. My husband wrote a review and the owner of GRW, contacted him, had it sent to the Ormond branch, and treated us very well, during the sales process. The reason we are giving GRW, only 3 stars is because of our experiences with their service department. We have been on the road only 3 times in the past year. Each time we found issues, and of course reported it to the service department, to try to get the issues corrected. Each time, we were told the same thing...a two to three month wait just to get an appointment to have it repaired. Each time we protested explaining that we were told by the sales department that having purchased from them, we would be given priority as long as it was under warranty. This was never the case, although they did allow us to drop it off and they would work it in. Each time, they kept it a minimum of three weeks (for minor repairs, thank God!) This last time they kept it for a month and it would have been there longer if we had done what CJ, wanted us to do which was drop it off on a Friday. (Service dept. is closed on weekends). Despite the fact that they kept our RV for longer periods than what we were on the road for, they were unable to correct all the issues, and we had to readdress issues that they had previously supposedly fixed. Thank goodness we did not purchase their "lifetime" warranty, as we chose to wait and see what type of service we got during our initial year of included coverage. There are two service department people that we must recognize as being honest, and trying their best to help us. One is Julie and the other is Chris ( not the manager by the same name, although the manager was nice) Chris especially knows what he is doing and is honest which is a rarity. On one of our trips we had to pay to get a water leak under the kitchen sink fixed. Thankfully, I found the leak before it spread from under the bottom cabinet. We tried to fix it ourselves, but were unable to do so. We turned the water off, used the state parks showers and toilets that night night and the next morning we were blessed to find an honest RV repair place. (Truck and auto Clinic on Lafayette St.) They worked on the problem for two hours, having to go out for parts twice, and only charged us one hundred dollars when they could have taken us to the cleaners, being out of downers! Now that is great customer Service! GRW could take a lesson from them! At any rate, we won't be taking our 192RBS back to GRW in the future, and neither should you. We love our camper, but don't like the service department and especially that fellow who sits and handles the intake of RV's. He seems like he has an attitude if your RV actually needs repairs, and like he's doing you a favor by allowing you to bring it in and have it sit for two or three weeks till they get to it. More

Although I found the camper at one of their satellite dealerships, they brought it up to the giant world recreation dealership in Ormond Beach for me within a couple days. Eric Snyder was extremely helpf dealerships, they brought it up to the giant world recreation dealership in Ormond Beach for me within a couple days. Eric Snyder was extremely helpful and answered so many of my questions thoroughly. Also a shout out to Tommy. The walk-through with Richard was comprehensive, thorough and relaxed. I wish I could remember the name of the service person that set up my hitch, my brakes, and assisted me with the cover for my exterior furnace outlet. He did such a good job. The handling of the Title exchange and business part of it was done by Wes. He needs to smile more. Talk of motorcycles was the only time he seem to be enjoying himself. He didn’t know his stuff. The dealership itself is clean and easily accessible for large rigs and trailers. Most dealerships aren’t as camper/parking friendly. Have done business and purchase with this company in the past and have always been pleased. Only disappointment was learning that the lifetime warranty was only effective in camper in inspected yearly at a cost of over $400. Then it covers appliances, but not roof leaks or a few of the other things I was counting on for coverage. Add an auto dealership for example, a Warranty is a Warranty and everything is covered for the duration of that warranty without extra inspections and charges. I will do business with giant recreation world in the future but I do encourage anyone basing their decision on the lifetime warranty to read the fine print. I gave it five stars only because there wasn’t a 4.5 due to costs associated with the lifetime warranty. More
