I purchased a new vehicle only to realize the doors were so poorly manufactured that they rattle ridiculously with the volume barely even turned on. I brought this warranty issue to the attention of the man so poorly manufactured that they rattle ridiculously with the volume barely even turned on. I brought this warranty issue to the attention of the manager seeking some sort of resolution. He refused to assist in any addressing of the issue. I had to pay $400 to insulate a BRAND NEW VEHICLE without being offered one cent of compensation. I’ve given this dealership so much business over the years. Never again. Sales team was great, but the manager has forever ruined my relationship with this dealership. More

This was a oil change that is part of a service agreement. The service performed was fine. But the usual practice of selling air filters and cabin air filters at exorbitatn cost is always fun to agreement. The service performed was fine. I bought the GM part online for $14 dollars and replaced it myself. More

I honestly was dead in the water with a dead engine and no transportation. I was able to get everything solved fixed with transportation during the maintenance time.
