When I went in wanting to look at a certain car, it wasn’t at that particular lot, they it was at their sister lot & it was being serviced. Shirley asked me what I was looking for. She listened, then h wasn’t at that particular lot, they it was at their sister lot & it was being serviced. Shirley asked me what I was looking for. She listened, then had the salesman pull up a vehicle, I wasn’t familiar with it. When we got to it, I loved it, drove it ( that was the only one I drove), fell in love. Shirley is amazing at her job! The salesman I spoke with on the phone Collin, had a customer when I stopped in & stopped by to see how things were going. It was the weekend & they were closing, I was also passing through heading to Detroit. . My insurance was going up more than I wanted. The salesman gave me a tip of a site to look for insurance. I said if I could get a decent insurance rate I’d take the car. Lo & behold, I am paying even less for insurance with my new policy than with my previous policy with my previous car! I messaged the salesman, Shawn I would come back Monday & take the car. I came back & my car payment with gap insurance was even lower! Soon it will be a month since I have had my car. It runs & rides beautifully. I’m learning more & getting used to it each day. I’ve been a Ford lady for the past 25 or maybe more years , so switching to GM is taking some getting used to. I was very comfortable there & was treated like family. I loved seeing how everyone worked together. As I was pulling out I realized how my windows were missing something, my work & park pass stickers! When I returned, Shawn was helping another customer, was going to help me, but a sharp dressed salesman in a hat said he’d help me & he did! It was a wonderful experience & I will return for my next vehicle. More
