I purchased a new vehicle only to realize the doors were so poorly manufactured that they rattle ridiculously with the volume barely even turned on. I brought this warranty issue to the attention of the manager seeking some sort of resolution. He refused to assist in any addressing of the issue. I had to pay $400 to insulate a BRAND NEW VEHICLE without being offered one cent of compensation. I’ve given this dealership so much business over the years. Never again. Sales team was great, but the manager has forever ruined my relationship with this dealership. More
