We traded our 2017 Toyota Camrey which was paid off. We bought a 2020 Toyota RAV4 . We left them a check for $15,000 . We made it clear that the check should not be cashed until 7 days. Well Toyota of Frem bought a 2020 Toyota RAV4 . We left them a check for $15,000 . We made it clear that the check should not be cashed until 7 days. Well Toyota of Fremont cashed the check early,so there was NSF. We got a letter from CrossCheck . A collection agency saying we. Owe $15. 00 for the account. Number 9144457. I will never purchase a car here or recommend them to anyone. More

Used car purchase Recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Our sales reps Carlo and Tracy were super nice and patient with us. We had a few concerns and both were will Recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Our sales reps Carlo and Tracy were super nice and patient with us. We had a few concerns and both were willing to take the time to check out the concerns and fix them right away. Tracey went over the finances carefully with us and really did her best with helping us out. One thing I wish was better, was the fact that we were super hungry as we had visited the dealership around lunchtime. We had not eaten and we needed a little break. But I get it, it's business and we could've chosen to visit dealership after lunch. I gave the dealership 4 stars mainly because of another salesman who was brought on to our case over a marking we noticed on the car. We wanted to make sure the marking would not cause any significant issues. We had taken a picture and showed it to him. Everyone else except him saw the marking in person and in the picture and understood what we were talking about. But this salesperson just kept saying he didn't see it and tried to brush it off quickly. He became pretty aggressive, raising his voice and really showing his frustration. At that moment, I could've walked away from the car. Thankfully, 2 mechanics saw the marking and said it was nothing to worry about and would be an easy and cheap fix. More

He was a recommendation from my sister as she worked with him many times previously and trusts him implicitly. He listened to what I wanted and offered options appropriate for me and what I can afford comfortably. I now trust him wholeheartedly and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He will not pressure you so you have to know what you want, what you can afford and be realistic about your expectations. Super happy with my new ride. More
