Roderick was very helpful showing me my options with the paperwork and extended warranties. I was not pressured in anyway to purchase any of the extended warranties. He quickly assessed my vehicle needs, took me for a test drive, explained the offers, and helped me to come to a good decision. Wahid, the manager, helped to explain the financials and offered to return my rental car that I drove to the dealership and he also offered to tow my old car from the repair shop at another dealership and have it disposed. The Fremont Toyota dealership gave me an excellent deal on the vehicle and everyone was very kind, helpful, and made the process smooth and easy.
