Helpful, friendly and non-pressured. We were lucky enough to get Carlo Colombo when we walked into the Subaru dealership. I was not sure which model I wanted but Carlo listened and I ende We were lucky enough to get Carlo Colombo when we walked into the Subaru dealership. I was not sure which model I wanted but Carlo listened and I ended up purchasing an Outback. He was very patient (three times of coming back and testing out cars) and was very helpful and informative, but best of all, did not pressure me. When we went to pick up the new car, Santos helped go through all of the controls and was very patient too. I had a great experience and I love my Outback! More

Extraordinarily Smooth and Helpful Process My husband and I, moving from NYC, needed to lease a car and close on our house on the same day. It was a lot to do, and Carlo at Colonial Subaru had My husband and I, moving from NYC, needed to lease a car and close on our house on the same day. It was a lot to do, and Carlo at Colonial Subaru had us in and out in no time flat. Carlo went out of his way to help us complete the paperwork and apply for financing before we even walked into the dealership to save time. The entire process was smooth and easy, and we were able to close on the house and drive off the lot with a new car in the same day. Delivery Specialist Chris Souza gave us a tutorial on all the bells and whistles of the car, synced our phones, and answered all of our questions. We are very grateful. More
