Thorough, Patient, and Painless I thought I wanted an RS7 and wanted it all the more after meeting with Carlo at dealership. We did the prerequisite test drive and loved the car but I thought I wanted an RS7 and wanted it all the more after meeting with Carlo at dealership. We did the prerequisite test drive and loved the car but not color. Carlo went extra mile searching his online network for the RS7 that we wanted. At end of the day, we decided to order a 2017 as soon as Carlo suggested and it arrived earlier than originally promised. Could not be happier and found this dealership to not demonstrate the kind of arrogance often experienced at other high end, luxury auto sellers. More

My most recent purchase was at Audi Hoffman Estate. I've also had my car serviced in the past at Audi Hoffman Estate and have always had excellent service. The Service Dept.has gone the extra mile with helping me even when I traveled. This time around... I made a few attempts to purchase my new A6 from a few other dealerships without success. Because; none of these dealership came close to the professional service I've received from Audi Hoffman Estate. Carlo my Sales Rep. at Hoffman did in a Great Job with my most recent purchase. I can't speak about Carlo without mentioning both Gary Jones (Business Mgr) and Dave Legner (Pre-Owned Sales Car Mgr.) With my most recent purchase more time was required to close the deal. Although; the dealership was closing Carlo was patient and answered all my questions while providing the mechanical details of my new car further making me feel comfortable with purchasing my car from Audi Hoffman Estate. I live in the South Loop, when my car requires service I will drive to Audi Hoffman Estate because the drive is worth it for great service and a trusted relationship.
