My lease was ending and I was uncertain if I was going to buy with BMW again but Carlo made sure he got me a pleasant deal that accommodated me and suited me well. I'm very pleased with the service and even happier with my car thus far. He answered all my questions and concerns even while not in the office I was able to contact him about financing issues and he got the deal done.
