When I first purchased my car, it was working perfectly for less than 24 hours before the dashboard unexpectedly froze. When I booked for 8:00am on Thursday and requested a shuttle I was not told the shuttles only started at 9:00am. The staff were friendly and very responsive to my requests, lowering the car to show me t shuttle I was not told the shuttles only started at 9:00am. The staff were friendly and very responsive to my requests, lowering the car to show me the state of the wipers, etc. On Friday my car started to make a loud buzzing noise I had never heard before. I suspect it may have something to do with the filter the mechanics replaced, but because I didn't know it made me very worried. I requested to be able to bring it in straight away so the mechanics could give it a quick look over and give me a definitive answer. My request was denied and I had to re-book for the following Thursday morning. I then requested that the mechanic who serviced my car could give me a quick call so he could discuss possible causes of the noise, just for my peace of mind. The person on the phone said 'Certainly" and that she had prioritised my request. No-one got back to me. Very disappointing. More
