Exceptional experience from start to finish Mr. Carlos Allicock contacted me via phone after I had been on the internet the previous evening, looking for a decent, previously owned truck. Carl Mr. Carlos Allicock contacted me via phone after I had been on the internet the previous evening, looking for a decent, previously owned truck. Carlos showed us around, looking at all options price-wise, until we settled on a vehicle. After a lengthy negotiation process, we came to terms on trade-in and purchase price of new vehicle. Carlos patiently explained all of our financing options, and finance also helped out a great deal with expedited paperwork. Carlos was fun, personable and professional. A top notch job overall. Parts ordered Just took delivery of our 2017 Highlander Platinum Limited. Called several days before to order the all weather mats. Ordered a set in advance of our picking up the car on 4/11. Also called to order a cargo mat. Andrew said he will have it in on Thursday. I may need to have it mailed as we live on the Pasco-Hernando border. Andrew was informative about how to accomplish this and was very pleasant. Further, our sales person, Carlos Allicock, was a pleasure to work with over the three to four weeks or so it took to get the exact model of the car we wanted. Kudos to him as well. Smooth, no pressure with a lot of help from the GM Our car buying experience was the smoothest transaction we have ever had when purchasing a car. Farris the GM was present and friendly, he and Carlos were great about listening to our wants and needs and finding us a vehicle that not only met our needs but also all our wants :). There was no pressure at any point of the sale. I can't express how great both Farris and Carlos made our car shopping experience. We will definitely be back for future car purchases. More

Good experiance at Sun Toyota After my husband emailed Sun Toyota about the email he received about your sale Don Smith contacted us and he told Don Smith we would be in on Sunday After my husband emailed Sun Toyota about the email he received about your sale Don Smith contacted us and he told Don Smith we would be in on Sunday July 3, 2016 and Don Smith said he would see us. When we first arrived at Sun Toyota we assumed we had appointment with Don Smith but when we arrived we hear Don Smith isn't even in so they sent Carlos Allicock. To be honest my husband wasn't happy that Don Smith made the appointment and he wasn't even there. We could of been told by Don Smith he wouldn't be available when we were coming in and he would have someone else assist us but that didn't happen and we almost walked out we didn't even get a courtesy call. Carlos Allicock was very caring and understanding of our frustration and he took really good care of us. We bought our first Toyota back in 2009 for our daughter and came back to purchase our RAV4 on July 3, 2016. But it almost didn't happen because Don Smith or someone from dealer didn't even consider calling and letting us know someone else would be taking care of us. I would suggest in the future if a salesman can't be of assistance when its convenient for the customer then he should let the customer know in advance so there are no surprises. More
