Not Your Typical Dealership Experience! After doing some research on various new Toyota models, I decided to come to Toyota of Braintree, to look at a new Highlander. After walking in I was introduced to Carlos A. who was my salesperson. Carlos was very friendly throughout the entire process and took the time to go above and beyond describing the different features of the Highlander. With the help of the sales manager Carlos O., we came to a fair agreement on price fairly quickly. Arthur was my finance person and made the finance process just as quick and easy as the sales process. This was my 2nd purchase from this dealership and will definitely not be my last. Kudos to Toyota of Braintree for the quick and easy process in getting into a new Highlander! More

From that point on, Carlos was easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly for me, not pushy. As much as I liked the test drive of the car, I had to check out others. As much as he wanted my business, he didn't try to give me lines just to prevent me from doing what I said I wanted and needed to do before deciding on a car. I respect that. I did end up returning to Toyota and had met the rest of the team. They were all friendly and helpful and each experience I had with them had all been pleasant. The entire process was just easy and not as excruciating as I always feel at a car dealership. More
